Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Open For Fourth Annual Pursuit Of Health & Wellness Expo And Health Fair
Wilmington, DE, July 11, 2018 – Registration is open for the Fourth Annual Pursuit of Health & Wellness Expo, the region's largest health fair, which will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Chase Center at the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware. To register go to dehealthfair.com.
The Pursuit of Health & Wellness Expo is designed to help raise the bar for Delaware's and the Delaware Valley's health profile by being the first health fair of the year. At the Expo, representatives from many area businesses and nonprofit organizations will be on site to promote health awareness and showcase the opportunities and ways an individual and family can take responsibility for their health and wellness. Organizers expect a steady stream of participants to attend the Expo, including sports and fitness enthusiasts, athletes, youth, and other supporters of area nonprofits and businesses. At last year's event, more than 700 attendees visited and interacted with the more than 50 different exhibitors on site. This year more than 1,000 attendees are expected to be there throughout the event.
"For those living in Delaware and the Delaware Valley, finding meaningful ways to learn about ways to improve your health and wellness can be a challenge," says Charlie Vincent, Executive Director of Spur Impact, which organizes and manages the Pursuit of Health & Wellness Expo. "The Expo's timing is perfect because many attendees have made New Year's resolutions to make healthier decisions, and the Expo provides a unique opportunity for health and wellness focused practitioners, businesses, agencies, and nonprofits to connect with prospective clients and promote their services or products."
One of the keys to the Expo's success is in its connection to the Delaware Charity Challenge (delawarecharitychallenge.com), a unique fundraising and athletic competition that has helped organizations, families, and individuals raise more than $150,000 for different nonprofit organizations since its start in 2015. Like the previous events, the 2019 Expo will run concurrently with the Delaware Charity Challenge Winter Indoor Triathlon, a run, row, and bike competition on different machines.
Organizations can register to sponsor or exhibit at the 2019 Pursuit of Health & Wellness Expo. Space for exhibitors begins at $300 and sponsorships are available starting at $1,000. Print advertising for the program that all attendees at both the Expo and Delaware Charity Challenge receive is also available. There are discounts for non-profit organizations and also for organizations participating in the Delaware Charity Challenge indoor triathlon.
